Keeping workers healthy,
safe, and productive.
Workplace injuries and musculoskeletal conditions cost businesses and workers significantly — in downtime, performance, and quality of life. We work with employers, workers, and occupational health teams to prevent injuries before they happen and support rehabilitation when they do.
Services we provide
Ergonomic Assessments
We assess the worker's environment — workstation setup, seating, screen placement, keyboard positioning, and task demands — to identify posture and loading factors contributing to pain and injury risk.
Manual Handling Assessments
On-site observation and training for tasks involving lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling. We identify risk factors, provide practical recommendations, and deliver targeted guidance to reduce workplace injury exposure.
Job Task Analysis
A systematic review of specific work tasks — assessing physical demands, posture, duration, and load. Used to identify injury risk, inform safe work design, support return-to-work planning, or provide capacity assessments.
Worker-Specific Rehabilitation
Rehabilitation programs built around the physical demands of the worker's specific role. We focus on strength, capacity, and movement quality to support a safe, durable return to full work duties — not generic rehab.
Common questions
Can you come to our workplace to conduct assessments?
Yes. We conduct on-site ergonomic and manual handling assessments at your premises. Contact us to discuss your requirements and arrange a suitable time.
A worker is returning after a back injury — how can you help?
We work with the worker, their treating GP or specialist, and you as the employer to build a structured return-to-work and rehabilitation plan. This includes job task analysis, graded exposure to work demands, and ongoing progress monitoring.
Do you work with WorkCover claims?
Yes. We provide treatment and reports in the context of WorkCover claims. Please bring your claim number to your first appointment and let us know when booking.
How soon after a workplace injury should we involve a physiotherapist?
Early intervention produces significantly better outcomes. Getting workers assessed within the first 1–2 weeks — before pain patterns and movement habits become entrenched — makes a measurable difference to recovery time and return-to-work outcomes.
Ready to move better?
